When a product is sold out, it will not get back in shop. The product is really sold out, unfortunately. We produce our own collections based upon shop orders. We sell a limited quantity in our own webshop, so this is why a product is sold out fast.
Tip: If a product is sold out, take a look at our Store Locator which dealer is near to you. Perhaps one of these stores has your dream product still in stock.

No, products are not to be reserved, unfortunately. Due to great interest in our bags and accessories, models/colors can be sold out quickly. So keep checking our website, social media and newsletter to never miss one!

The ordering process is very simple! Choose your favorite item, then click 'Add to cart'.
The product is now placed in your cart. Is your cart completed to your liking? Then you can click on 'Check out'. Follow the steps to complete your order. Once your order has been paid, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be dispatched within a maximum of three business days, but ... always as soon as possible!

Yes, that's possible. When placing your order you can choose to pick up your order for free at our office in Waddinxveen. Click 'Collect order in Waddinxveen'. The order will be held here until you retrieve it during business hours * see hours.

After placing your order you will receive an automatic confirmation. No mail? Check your spam inbox first. If your confirmation is not there, something probably went wrong while filling in your details.

Yes, of course you can. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service order@hi-di-hi.nl. We will do our best to make the changes. When your order has already been processed and shipped we can't make any more changes, unfortunately.

What a pity you are not satisfied with your Noi-Noi product. You can return the product within 7 days. Follow the steps below to return your product.

Step 1: Register
Send an email to order@hi-di-hi.nl, and mention your order number and the reason for return.
- If the product has traces of use, we can not take it back
- The costs of return are for your own account

Step 2: Return
Fill in the existing return form with the requested data.

Gift Card

When you return a product that is paid for with a Noi-Noi Gift Card, you will receive a new Gift Card by e-mail. It is not possible to exchange the Gift Card for cash.



All Noi-Noi products purchased through www.noi-noi.nl have a 6 month warranty. The warranty period starts on the date the product was purchased. Only a copy of the order confirmation, or the receipt of your payment is accepted as a valid warranty.
Please note that without a valid proof of warranty, we're unable to help.

You can not claim the warranty by:

* Damage by intent or negligence
* Exceptional wear
* Damage due to failure to follow our washing instructions
* Traces of extreme use
* Overload
